Countless hours of pricking our heads on the creative aspect of the wedding, from the spaces to what we could offer differently from each day made this wedding shoot one of our most jubilant effort yet! It is always a great eye opener to document the different weddings that made our nation culturally rich! There was so much beauty and poetry going on at every turn of the celebrations! Thank You Indu & Diwanand, It is a great blessing to be able to document your wedding celebrations and we are culturally enriched by the experience! Hope you like our coverage!
I have taken both Raj & Gwen friends wedding separately and they have seen us working throughout the years. Its was of a this awesome fate that we were tasked to document their wedding celebrations when they decided to light the candles (tie the knot, you know what i mean).
I was given a simple task, to document the expressions of the guests and themselves, no need for arty or details, nope, just of emotions! I had a great high share of them throughout the day. From the veiling of Gwen, I had a lesson on the their family dynamics and it was awesome to catch that aspect of Gwen and her sister Sarah. Its was a awesome wedding because despite any setbacks, Both Gwen and Raj put smile on their faces, a testament of a strong bond and ability to weather anything, like a sudden downpour!
I met Lois way back 5 years ago when she was a wedding planner and I was, well still the same wedding photographer for our clients Nichol & Eddy way back 26th June, haha! I think my work ethic struck a right cord with Lois and she remembered and wanted us to be her wedding photographer for her Singapore’s side of her wedding.
Both of them are easy going, relaxed but a little awkward with a camera in front of them, according to Lois! I tried my best to ease them with my personality and style and worked my way into the background, documenting the little details such as during the pastor’s services, their mothers held each other’s hands. Its was a simple wedding and I tried my best to orientate Paul’s family to Singapore’s landmarks and history on the way to the dinner venue.
Here are some images of their initiate celebration, enjoy!
